When our son flooded our upstairs bathroom, we didn't know what to do. We contacted New Way Carpet Cleaning because they are open 24 hours and we despirately needed help getting the water cleaned up. They came out within a 1/2 hour and were very efficient in getting the water cleaned up and our carpets dryed! We were also surprized to find out that they take care of any water damage that needs repaired. Bob had crews in to replace ceiling tiles and fix drywal and paint! We were very impressed with the servicethat New Way provides and were appreciative with the way Bob followes up on every job that was done in our home.
